Visitors on Campus

Parents/Guardians

  1. Sign in at the Welcome Desk (located at the top of the A-building stairs). Once you sign in, report to the Main Office where yo will be given a Visitor's pass.
  2. Our Main Office Staff will be available to assist you in any of the following:
    • Finding your way to another office on campus
    • Scheduling an appointment with a teacher, counselor, administrator, or other staff member
    • Gathering information related to school policies and procedures
    • Recovering confiscated items (i.e., hats, electronic devices)
    • Anything you need to make your visit productive

Please note that we welcome parents/guardians to visit classes for the purpose of observing their students and learning more about how to promote their childrens' academic and social success at WESM. These observations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance unless as same day visit is approved by the teacher. To schedule a class observation, contact the Main Office at 310-338-2452.

Guest Speakers and Other Invited Guests

  1. Sign in at the Welcome Desk (located at the top of the A-building stairs). Once you sign in, report to the Main Office where you will be provided with a visitor's pass.
  2. Our Main Office Staff will provide you with a campus map and assist you in locating the room you are scheduled to visit.

Please note that a "Guest Speaker Approval Form" should should be completed and submitted at least a week in advance of the scheduled event.

Former Students

  1. Sign in at the Welcome Desk (located at the top of the A-building stairs). Once you sign in, report to the Main Office you will be provided with a visitor's pass.

Please note that students may only visit campus after school hours between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
