WELCOME to WESTCHESTER!
At Westchester, we recognize that all students operate with different learning styles and learning needs. Westchester offers both a special day class (SDC) setting or resource support in a general education (RSP) setting for our students with learning differences. Placement in one of these settings is determined by a special education team composed of educators, support providers, administrators, the student, and parents. With the support provided by the team, students of all learning styles and backgrounds are placed in a rigorous classroom environment and given the opportunity to thrive both academically and socially.
